is it leaking anywhere?

possibly getting air in from a leak and the air causing the noise?
Check where it connects onto the blue fuel line.

agreed fse are crap tho

get a webcon fixed rate one for £50 = much better

I'm also having problems with FSE fuel pressure regulators (or lee is should i say) maybe muppetsports right, they are shoot.

Have you put a pressure gauge on there? check what your getting? The vacuum pipe should be on there also. coming from the inlet manifold on the engine side of the tb/s
