I am gonna buy a motorised TFT LCD Car Dash player for me car. Wondering do they use the same plug as the normal in car cd player? and second of all do u need a bigger battery in the bonnet?

they would be the same, just run off the existing wires from your head unit usually.

partly they run off of them yes , but you have another dozen or so wires too with a lot of in dash dvds . mine for eg has got a "black box " in the boot , it looks like an amp but really its the brains for the unit and operates the picture you see etc . that has all the wires running from the front to the back just the same . i would recommend getting it professionally installed as it can be tricky , or so im told by the audio shop that did mine .
