does anyone know any??

I know a few, one is a particular good'un.

Imagine a cup final, you're winning 1-0, its the 91st min, with 2 mins to go, after a lot of pressure, an opponent takes a shot that goes wide. Its a goal kick. Now, the team taking the goal kick are well with in the laws to waste time here. if the goal keeper kicks the ball BACKWARDS over the by-line (so it would appear its gone out for a corner) the goal kick must be re-taken, because the law states that a goal kick, must be kicked forward and out of the penalty area. This can be done as many times as they like. if the referee books the keeper for "time wasting" you just get a defender to do it, and keep swithcing players until the time has run out

then surely the ref would keep adding more and more time on as your time wasting. So technically you shouldnt really gain anything here other than you whole team being booked and/or sent off!

It's added time so doesn't get stopped even when the ball is out of play, hence the reason times run round like idiots when down by one in added time

but if it has to be retaken as never came out the box then the ball has not entered play yet, and therefore the clock shouldnt of started!

Also, the referee can add more time onto the added time if he sees fit...as in if there is a bad injury in the 3rd of 4 extra mins, etc. etc.

Only in drastic cases though, added time runs even if the ball is out that is why players want the ball back from the crowd asap.

Even if the player went through on goal the ref can blow for time. He could have an open goal and about too kick it and the ref can still blow for ful time

the ref can add time on if he sees fit, if anothter teamis dramaticly time wasting or theres an injury, and a referee wouldnt stop play dring an attack of this nature...

Refereee isnt tied strictly to a rule book, he'll use his intuition in this case and book whoever the offending player is for unsporting behaviour id have thought.

Then the players can argue they are well with in the laws of the game to do this

Doesnt matter luigi, if the ref decides its against the spirit of the game (as it clearly is) he can add the time on and book the players for timewasting

yes.
