It's for a more senior role on my team so should be all competency based so got to have loads of examples of when I did things etc...

it wasnt too bad coz i had all day to think about what i was going to say they didnt interview me till about 5 o clock there was soooo many ppl there, but to be fair half of them couldnt speak english

yeah there was about 300 ppl that applied and i bet about 100 could speak english, wouldnt want any of them looking after me if i was in a mental hospital lol

I aint had an interview for 5 years I woiuld also be bricking it
Is the job much higher? Some girl who was on stc with us has just left so opportunities should be arising soon, I can't see me getting her job but someone else may get it and fuck it up likely) then i'll be in their to clean up in 12 months

Yeah the job is managing a bigger team and the pay is allot more as well
So fingers crossed Why can't you see yourself getting the job?? go for it my man might surprise yourself
