it was Mike_Lamb i think. i was reading his blog, but i lost the bookmark to it. Seemed like a hard adjustment to make, plus u either have to e unemplyed or have Really flexible hours for it to work

I have terrible trouble sleeping, i have very sensitev hearing and i can here everything out of my window when closed, the words from the telly downstairs! Unbelievable!
Sleep deprevation is used a form of torture

i don't get enough sleep its bad, i don't want to get to sleep thats the problem somtimes can't be bothered lol, then end up sleeping all day sometimes i need at least a good 10hours to be fine
