tbh running that much gas its bound to get nasty now & then.....im sure it will be back soon running silly amounts

i have to say i love this guys view on stuff...

but like it says later in the thread, he was running 380 bhp ish on a standard bottom end.

so if he has to replace the whole engine, its only gonna cost about 300 quid

also, when it went bang it doesnt sound like it broke anything in the bottom end, cos it still runs on, surely if crank/rod had snapped it would just stop dead?

And some of the insides of the engine would probably be on the outside
