I believe thats just a standard part that has been painted, i'm sure someone asked about them a while ago. May be wrong though but i'd wait till someone confirms.

Just get a GM clutch. The only time you get into upgrade teratory is when you are looking at paddle clutches and like.

I've got a LET paddle clutch and a standard LET clutch (just friction plates) sat here. For both I paid under £100 altogether

What exactly is the difference between an OEM clutch and a Sachs "Fast Road Clutch"?

cheap clutches are a bad idea. especially re-manufactured items.

ive bought them in the past and out of the 6 or so clutches ive done on my cars, the 2 cheap ones were the ones that had problems. first ones realease bearing failed after 8k the second one slipped like fook after less than 3k. on an x16xe its a shitty job to replace them as well.
