ever since i took it off to do my conversion ive not been able too get the damn thing on properly, it never locks shut, however i put it back on it shuts as though you've just pulled the release inside the car!
Anyone got any tips?

probably to do with alignment, are the width of either side of the bonnet to the arch the same?
and is the catch inline with the slam panel square hole?

at the front the width is the same, but at the top on the near side, the corner of the bonnet is close too the arch!
Ive tried bolting it on in different places on the arms. As when the bolts are loose theres room too move the bonnet back and forward.
The catch goes in the square hole alright, not sure on the spring bit tho.

Thia is the near side, as you can see very close at the top too the wing.
The offside, nice gap there!

If the gap is too large between the bonnet and the wings, slightly loosen to bolts on the wing, push it in abit, and tighten them

uve got quite a bit of a gap on both sides tbh!
what you want to do it move the bonnet over to the left looking straight on at it!
then undo the wing bolts under the bonet and very slightly realine that so it all sits in line, have u had the wings off at all?

If you loosen the bolts holding the wings, you can get the bonnet to shut nicely, then move the wings to fit around it.
