been offered a 1.6 sport with 50k on the clock... rusted to fcuk for £400
is it worth buyin it and throwing engine, interior, wheels etc onto my 1.0? seeing as my 1.0 is low mileage and bodywork is mint

either way it will be worth it
even if you just put the interior in your car and stripped and sold the reast of the sport ie engine wheels panels gearbox etc
But like muppet said, good engine indeed

If you can insure it and fit the engine yourself then yeah go for it.

i asked about interior and engine jade, and theyre good.
cant change an engine myself. all ive ever done is brake, suspension, wheel and exhaust work, so a bit of help i could do ok...

For 400 quid, it's well worth every bit of hastle, as you're getting more than just and engine for that!
