Well I bent my rear beam about 3months ago, finally sourced another one which arrived earlier in the week, i removed the drums, gave it it a good rub down with sand paper, plus a rotary wire brush in a drill.....few coats of hammerite spray paint and here are the results!

Should look a bit better as from a distance you can see the rear beam on a corsa, its just going to be a pain keeping it clean!

Good attention to detail. I just took mine to the local powdercoaters who did it along with all the other suspension bits! Makes working on it loads easier without it being all shitted up!

i was considering getting mine powder coated but cant be bothered as would really need to get another one so car wasnt off road for ages

Get one off a scrapper, have it coated, swap them, have your old one coated and sell it on fleabay.

True, i think the bushes would need removing before it could be coated too

I was going to get mine powder coated but it realy wanted sand blasting.acid dipping to get all the shoot out the awkward places.

I did look on the net for places around me but couldn't find any.

How come your ARB is different to mine or is yours modded? Or is it becasue my car is a 1.2!?

mine is also powder coated blue along with rest of suspension parts. n they bead blast them 4 u first b4 they powdercoat neway

Bit expensive for me at your asking price at the moment. Wouldnt want to insult by offering a couple of hundred.

JR is that a whiteline anti roll bar? got any more pics of how it attaches? Noticed much improvment?

didnt you used to have the most mint Ka with a CVH in it on ronal turbos that got damaged by a luton van

yeah, i remeber the thread in PF see the thread below this one as ive posted up the pics i had for other members benifut

yours was my fav resto thread on there, IMO was better than blakeys as well
