Do yourself a favour... go on eBay... type in a search for "Fitness First"... look through the search results for Fitness First VIP 1-week passes worth £35. They are selling them for a resounding..... 99p!!!
Only catch is that you can only use 40 of them a year. Only 40 out of 52 weeks a year. All kosher, and nothing they can do. Won't even clock onto it.

^^^ with that pass you can do everything. Gym, swimming pool, sauna, classes, etc. Bargainous.
Also have a our own gym built on to the house, but for 99p you can't complain. And then only use them whenever you want to. Not paying for time away on holidays, etc. Woeks out £3.96 a month.

Nah mate. Do it myself. Meant to pay £35 for each pass. Bit like a gift voucher I guess, but you can buy it and use it whenever you want. Just so happens that someone is kind enough to sell them for 99p a go, so at a fraction of the price. Don't need an induction. In fact I never had an induction when I went for the first time when I was paying full whack for membership. Only get an induction if you request one.

really, the gym is bad enough i go to with people do exercises all wrong and you have to have one there, i bet there are some amazing techniques going off if you don't even need an induction,

you should still get an induction whenever you start a new gym. If theres an accident and you havnt had an induction could mean no compensation
i pay £30 a month for anytime and that includes pool, sauna etc.
