Everyday I have 5 different alarms that go off and I just sleep through them, or sometimes wake up and then slide back into my warm bed

Anyone got any tips for getting me out of bed and keeping me awake?

Something really harsh so I just don't feel tired anymore

I have 4 alarms to get me out of bed, all on maximum volume and change the tone every few weeks or i get used to it.

Used to set one 30 minutes early, take 2 pro plus and when the next one went off i was more awake

I wish my mrs was there to wake me... I'm all alone

Wouldn't be so bad if my daughter lived with me, she's up at 6am everyday

Thing is, I've been managing to get in on time for the past 3/4 months, I just feel a lot more tired recently Not like i've been doing anything extra or anything like that...

Im the same, just bite the bullet and roll out of bed. The cold floor normally finishes the job for me.

Makes me feel like shit tho..

I thought this, but I couldn't go to bed at 10pm or something, I really couldn't. What would be the point in living, just to leave for work at 6:45am, come home at 6pm, then go to bed at 10pm....some life

going to bed early is a bit pointless as you body will still be in the routine of going to sleep at like 12 or whenever its all about breaking your current routine and forcing yourself to get into a new one but you'll feel even more tired for a while

I think that's one of the problems, I was originally looking forward to this job, but it had got shitty recently and i've hit the "comfort zone" after a few months being here and can't be assed now
