anyone know if elephant have a cancellation fee if you cancel your policy with them?
reason being my missus is getting proper fucked over by elephant for insurance and shes prepared to lose 6months NCB if it halves her payments

Think you just lose a set amount (will be a percentage) as detailed on the policy

shes too dull to look at her policy and thought id be able to provide her with more info than her ts+cs

A: To cancel your policy, please call us on 0870 040 6644. You will only be charged for the time you have been on cover, plus a £45 administration charge. You must return your certificate to the following address before we can cancel your policy: elephant.co.uk, FREEPOST SWC3635, Cardiff, CF10 3GZ.

didnt know the office was here in cardiff
pretty good if its just £40/£45 cos shes paying £90 a month now and reckons she found it with someone else for £50 a month
