my mate tried them and it freaked him out cos it increases your heart rate.
The more muscle you can gain, the more your body burns fat throughout the day when doing nothing.

if the gym isnt working then your doing something wrong, its not hard to lose weight simply make sure your burning off more calories than you are consuming.

3 meals a day ( its better if you can eat 6 small meals in a day, as it speeds up your meabolism, but many people dont have the time to prepare meals like this), good healthy food, eg, lean meat, chiken breat, tuna, brown rice, wholeweat pasta, oats, plain nuts ect.

cut out the alcahol for a while , as its full of empty calories, if you must drink go for spirits with diet mixers or orange ect.

and do a quite hard cardio work out 3-4 times a week, could be swimming, biking, running any thing that gets your heart up for about 40-60 mins.

you cant expect to lose weight without the effort, and the correct diet.

just going to the gym an lifting some weights will not bring your bod fat down, its down to your diet mainly.

its down to hard work you wont get an amazing lean body in a few weeks it takes time.

diet pills are not required.

if its not been working think about why it hsnt 9 times out of 10 i bet its down to people diets.

what are you doing at the gym?

Your gut is mainly down to diet, you could do ab workouts all day but if you eat shit you'll always have a belly on you. I wuld consider your workout and diet before you take pills, they only fuck up your body in the long run.

you need to be doing 30 mins +, get a heart rate monitor, get the people at the gym to work out your training zones this will tell you what heart rate you need to be working at to lose the gut basically, the exercise will be quite easy you will be glad to hear, worst thing is though its boring. I usually do my base training when there is a footy match on the tv's.

yeah funny thing is though the premise is so simple, yet people never really seem to take it in.

Jesus christ. Fat burning pills

It reminds me of a program I watched the other day, where some fat kid was like 'I've tried every single diet in the world - none of the pills worked'

erm? pills does not = Diet.

Also diet does not = Crash diet lose a load of wait and stuff my face again.

Seriously if your bothered about losing the weight, you need to sort out what your eating and concentrate on more cardio.

When I was trying to lose weight and going to the gym, I was getting there doing say 20 mins on bikes warm up, then 20 mins on treadmill, then say 10-15 mins on rowing (I suck at it haha), a nice 30 mins on bikes again and maybe back on the tread mill or something.

Then few weight resistance machines etc.

Thing is, I knew when I was 'feeling the pain' - well having the effort of having to do some work, that I was burning cals and gonna lose weight.

After being down the gym, it definately made me sort out my diet a bit too. Not wanting to say come home and have a packet of crisps infront of the tv at night etc.

I actually started to really enjoy it and it gives you a nice confidence boost when you start sorting yourself out, felt fitter etc.

Shame is - I've been at uni for last 3 months sitting around, eating junk, drinking far far far too much and being a lazy student - Now on hols, I really can't wait to get back down my gym again
