you have to smooth the bit where the badge is sunk in. Then get the replacement grill.

i wanna do this aswell!! was thinking of kamei grill or fk slatted with irmscher badge!! then noticed i had to smooth bumper rige, etc!! pain int arse when i dont know what im doing? and too costly at a body shop!!

yeh i did my doorpods and they look pretty good, just practise on something at first where it doesnt matter if you make a fuck up.
