does anyone know how much this would cost for an F20? any places i could ring tomorrow?

i know you can pick up 2nd hand ones for £30-£50 but i want to know it will be perfect.

clackheaton gearboxes do them, not sure of a number or cost, but we used to use them at my old job.

not worth it...

Why do you need to know its perfect? If i quacks out, just fit a new £30 one!!!

You can have 10 'maybe's' for 1 rebuilt one..... I know what i'd do

fair point, didnt think about it like that think i got a bit scared after my mates went fucked in his mr2, he got a 2nd hand one and it was no different. but they were like £150 a pop. 30 quidder it is.

how easy or hard is it to fit a nice diff in one on your garage floor?

easy enough..... just be methodical

Not done it myself, but seen pics of it done etc
