Havent order my plugs yet im not sure whether to go for the following:

1) NGK Iridium BKR6EIX £5.84 each
2) Ngk Bcp-7evx £4.13 each

I can get both today

ive heard good and bad point about both, my cally should be running just over the 300bhp mark so i will need plugs to suit.

No you want champion racing plugs.

Get them from dave at v-tuning.
£40 for the set last time i bought them and yes they make a hell of a difference.

muppet sport uses bcp 7ev plugs, same as a saab 9000 turbo. sbd sell them as do motor factors, £23 a set from motorfactors, i run them in mine too, very good plugs

i wouldnt try gapping iridiums yourself..... damages the tip....

Get pre gapped at 0.8mm
