but need as much of it gone as poss. 
 
theres loads of vacumm pipe and shit on there too any got pics and what they blocked off etc when they did it

thats with secondary air injection removed but egr left in... never threw up a light ever, not once

leave the egr itself in place... disconnect all pipes/wiring to the secondary air pump and bin the lot, you have to blank off the valve on the inlet manifold and leave the switchover valve in place otherwise you'll get a fault code

EGR valve is in the inlet manifold, you'll always have a fault code if you remove that

It's called the secondary air pump. Remove it. U will have to remove if/when u get a aftermarket manifold anyway.. Im in the process of doing it myself.
