i did online and it gave me 850 but when i used a reg it gave me 1300 so im confused so i want to test with the exact car. so its just easier to test on plate

ok on the same point, been lookin on the net and i know the sri had been replaced by sxi+ but when did this happen, cus i can only find sri not sxi+'s

lol, never mind just answerd my own question.... badge changed on 55 plate cars and along with the change a £500 insurance quote jump, what a load of shoot

The change would have been done to lower insurance, not increase it?

no sorry it was a mis-type
insurance is 500 more with sri, does anyone know if the speeds are different or any other reason why the insurance is so much more

but i've done some looking around and i pretty sure i've found the car
1.8 sxi black, insurance is 850 on my own, still want a reg to do a test with as the car im gonna get doesnt reg is blocked out

Insurance on the SXi+ is cheaper than the SRi because the SXi+ is shoot.
It's just an SXi with rear tints and the option to have a 1.8 engine. There will be some SRi 55 plates because there were still some left in supply at the time, but those will be 2005 spec cars. The 2006 spec axed the SRi.

tbf the sri is and sxi there is no difference non at all they are the same car different badge, same engine, brakes everything so if the sxi+ is shoot then so is the sri and we all know thats not the case
