Hollyoaks many moons ago had a Nova GSi which belonged to Mandy, THEY CRASHED THE FOOKER in one of the episodes

Yes but in some of the shots it actually had GTE decals as well, if you can see the video just before the crash the GSi decal changes to GTE.

No because in some of the early shots as well (believe me i have tried to find the footage)

It even has a early spec front end... they had two cars

Mk1 - Look at the upside down picture, its a mk1 front bumper!

The rest all look MK2!

Sorry mate

You're wrong. Look at the two pics i said were mk 1's.

The grill and bumpers on MK1s have a proud part in the middle of them whereas the MK2's dont.

in the bottom pics it has a gte rear bumper - normal early nova bumper with extended lower valance. i remember crying my eyes out; and also wondering how the fuck somebody who had just passed their test got insured on a gsi.

YES YES YES, now thats a better pic. Is deffo a Mk1 rear bumper, but its still silk violet.

Oh yeah, I got the pics from Andy Bishops site.

Just realised that they MUST have switched the cars, the GSi was kept and obviously they got a Mk1 replica and crashed that instead.

Ace.
