I bought these on ebay for an inflated price. Anyways, i was going to pay the cash but before i did i asked the seller to send me confirmation of purchase.
If he was legite he would have done this no problems. He agreed and everything was ok but nothing appeared. He said he send it but i never recieved. So i asked him to send it again but this time he got aggro saying he wanted cash now and he wasnt sending it again. I asked if he bought them from ticketmaster could he forward the email. He said he bought them from a mate
"ALARM BELLS"
i said not a chance am i sending payment if you or your mate doesnt send me confirmation of you owning these tickets.
He then said im leaving ebay anyway who cares, enjoy the negative feedback im going to give you.
He has now left me a negative feedback rating which i cannot sort as he is no longer registered.
What can i do??

you can reply to feedback, surely 1 negative shouldnt effect you
why do people leave ebay anways? iv sometimes seen "***** is no longer a registered user"

If you file a case and the guy has gone like he said, then he wouldnt reply and you'd win by default anyway

well ive done that square trade thing but you have to pay for it to get resolved. All it will do if you dont pay is open up a email dispute forum to email back and fore with the other ebayer.
