police came into the pub i usually go to.

its always quiet, some underagers but no trouble and its out of the main town and theres actually space for a game of pool

they caughth me and 4 mates there tonight, took us outside

-name, what were doing there etc...

just said we were there playing pool as theres nowhere to go, local snooker hall was closed when the owner passed away. wasnt caught with drink in hand so was ok and they asked why we were at the bar beside the door an said cause we were playing pool and waiting to get on the table

hopefully cant get done with much, other than underage drinking but i wasnt falling ocer the palce and he didnt say "youve been drinking havent you" and trying to get me to confess

early night for me, but means il be saving money 4 the car

Both the offender, bar person and licencee/company can face legal action if caught selling alcohol to underage people. It's a hefty fine now.

That's why most places adopt a policy where if you look under 21 you have to show ID to be served. Used to hate IDing people at work in case I fucked it up

theyll be more interested in getting the pub done, theres a local disco thats been in the local paper 3 or 4 times with underage warnings so surely this will be a wanring.

only thing il get charged with is underage drinking if they prove it, no breathilisng or anything donde

Depends on the license of the pub, we're not allowed any under 18s on the premises, not even babies with parents!

all they can do to u for under age drinking is a warning or if ur caught with drink make u tip it out ,worst is take u home and tell ur parents about it

its the pub that can get done but that depends on the type of pub/club and if they can prove u where drinking in it
