i got a freeview box with a months free subscription included to get the 10 extra channels but they arent working. the cards in but have i gotta call up to activate it or something?

Only descent channel you get with topup tv is UKGold anyway, used to be good for E4 too but that's free anyway now. Good job you're getting it for free
