If uve been drivin 4 a year and say u wana change ur insurer how do the new insurer no that uve got a years no claims?? Cos i got screwed over by a stupid speedin taxi driver who some how got a witness 2 say i was speedin when it was him who come on my side of the road! So if i change my insurance next year can i say ive got a years no claims or will they no??

You'll have to prove it. If you don't have any NCB, you're not going to be able to prove you do.
