Matt Connor had a Courtenay turbo conversion on his 1.6 GSi.

Dont know if its the same kit as that though.

Sure he said it was good for a safe 150-160bhp.

It looked like it fairly shifted when I saw it

I'm not buying it now, anyway Lee would go mad hes just put my new engine back together and its all shiny.

Just opnions on it being any good? A boost pipe would need to be fabricated I believe? Also a intercooler would be required?

Nice, with a t34 i would have thought you could go far higher than 200bhp, weather or not the parts around it would melt or not is another question tho

why aim at higher and higher bhp?

just aim for a suitable/useable amount for the car, i would have thought up to 200bhp is plenty in a nova

Yeah I will Ross, I was sharing something I discovered as they do kits for the C/X14/16XE as well.

Is very tempting though, even if it up'd the power to around 140bhp that would be good.

no intercooler in the kit also surely you'd have to lower the compression
