Yo mate get two planks of wood and come clothe put the wood either side of the steering wheel inbetween the dash and the steering wheel. Then get you and your friend and tug. use the clothe against the wood and the windscreen, just incase. You gotta tug so hard. I took me and my mate so long to do it.

make sure you leave the centre nut on a couple of threads, if you hold steering wheel either side you should be able jiggle it off, failing that get a mate to grab the top and bottom and you do the sides, no need for pullers,

used a rubber hammer and took about 3 mins of hitting for it to come off. Don't bother buying a puller.
