starts off telling me about how this week is my last chance for a low rate loan of $420,000 with monthly repayments of just $400

Then it says this wierd lot at the bottom;

I have just been deleting them.

Does anyone know how I can block them on Outlook? They arent coming from one address, lots of different ones.

If they always have the same subject you could filter it out by that, or containing certain words I think (i.e. "loan")

We use Lotus "shitty" notes here so I can't guide you through it.
But on one of the menus there will be a "rule wizard" and you can setup to delete automatically or move to a folder when certain words appear in the subject
