Luckilly i was quick enough to get most of his number plate and dialled 999 and reported him.

Hopefully the police will catch him.

As it is i now cant stop shaking, it has really scared the life out of me.

Be very careful if you are stopped by an unmarked car especially at night, i was lucky he was just being an idiot it could have been much more serious.

I would imagine that this idiot will post on a chav forum some where bragging about this at some point in the near future, if you see any thing can you let me know and i will forward the info to the police.

You can't be charged with failing to stop assuming you do in the proper cirumstance, which is that you are safe and they have called for uniformed assistance to actually effect the stop.

Unmarked cars can't actually pull you I'm sure. There have been threads on here in the past and I'm sure some of the Police on here may advise.

they can pull you, but you are within your rights to not pull over until youve phoned the police and verified the car is genuine
