Me and my mate are just thinking about starting to make carbon fibre door cards for corsa's and maybe more thinks after we have sold a feww and what not.

Just trying to see how many peole would be interested in it to make it worth our wild? The door cards would be carbon fibre fronted, backed up with fibreglass to make it stronger.

So who would be interested??

yeah sounds good to me but imo you could do with making a sample to show off . even if its one . people will then see the quality of work there getting . i would be interesed though . what sort of price range ??

yeh we will be making sample pieces as i want some on my car so will use them to show how they fit and what not. Also they will only be flat sheets as door cards not the same chape as the standard ones. Not certain on prices yet will all depend on how much they cost to make will let you know as soon as i do.

yeh will get pics and price as soon as i can as i can now see that it is probably worth our wild doing it. Give me 4 weeks and i should have some fitted to my car and sizes and costs worked out.

Also doing the rears aswell shudnt be a problem.

im going carbon crazy on my corsa would defo get a set would u be able to do any other bits ie dash ect....

fibre glass is also very light like carbon fibre and the reason it is used is to bring the cost down as if it was all made from carbon fibre the price would be expensive, this is the way most carbon fibre bonnets are made.
