Makes me sick hearing Nevilles name being chanted at Anfield

Can anyone tell me why;

a. Rooney cant pass a ball when someone is in acres of space and insists on shooting.
b. How Beckham gets in the team?! He cant defend, he cant beat a man and his set pieces arent as good as they used to be. He looks like he is too scared of getting injured than playing well.
