Sorry this is a daft question. Does anyone know how those traffic cones which are used to divide lanes on motorways are held in place? the ones which are just like bollards but plastic?

a bit of the cats eye is removed then the bollard is put in and held with a bolt

they are just like a solid cup filled with sand I believe.
Kind of like the shape of a rugby ball tee, but solid with sand. Then the bollard just clips in.
I think I'm right.

no, dont mean i "work" with them, lol i mean we use them on a day to day basis on the roads when we are working lol.
