just bought a new belt for my corsa , old one was starting to crack ... a friend of mine is a mechanic and hes fitting it for me.... there a proper bastard you know... you have to remove left side engine mount to take it offf..... thinks its for the power steeing and alterator.... whatever you do dont try this at home unless youve got your own garage hehe .. looks dead fucking awkward... anyways im without my baby tonight shes sitting in the garage till morning.

Yea, had a look at mine... Looks, well, interesting.
I think they power the alternator and water pump, as the PAS is electronic on the 1.2 16v's
