don't think ebay is a good idea for selling houses

sellers fees would be huge....And with nthe lawyers and all the paperwork involved in selling buying houses...

I don't think its any good - the properly thats priced properly doesn't appear to go, and the stuff thats priced to auction tends to finish very low indeed.

A: Bids for property on eBay are only Expressions of interest and are not binding on either party, unlike bidding for anything else on eBay. Dont worry, I wont sell this house for five quid.

I think that its not bad to arouse interest in a property, as in ive seen a few which was a few quid and have a brochure or the paticulars sent out. It could bring in potential customers.

Ive also seen some people that dont read it and bid thousands on a brochure being sent out lol..

A lot of cheap property in Bulgaria which is also a good investment since it will be joining the EU and is deffinetly growing in popularity.
