Hey,
The (number) colour of the car should be printed under the bonnet somewhere shouldn't it? Does anyone know where specifically, and what format it is in so I know I've got the right one.
If it helps its a 01 SXI 1.2 16v, in some kind of blue. Is the original colour.

Does it say "Colour: xxxxx"?
Edit: Where is the best place to get hold of a colour once I know the code? I need to spray the back of my new wing mirror.

Anyone? New to this sort of thing..
Is spray the best thing for a wing mirror cover? Can places like halfords make up the paint/spra y and what is rough pricing?

if its a standard vaux colour they should have it on the shelf. I went in and got some the other day. The code is on the plate under the bonnet at the front where the bonnet catch goes in.

The plate there has a lot of codes on it, at least 10. All quite short.
OGX said it was by the washer, if thats the case, which seems a lot easier, its on a plate with what looks like the chassis number and a bunch of weights.
Then there are the numbers 20a and after that zzxg, which could be the trim code?
