An old skool chav would be cap pointing to the skys, trackies tooked into rockports, some rings and a big chain, and usually a coat/jacket, usually rockport, scott, henri lyold kinda jacket to finish the look off. imo.

cant tell what a chav is by what they wear, unless its a full tracksuit. Loads of neds up here dress in the way yous would regard as "trendy". You know the way pastel tshirts ripped jeans etc.. chav/ned is a way someone acts not how the dress now.
