Well last june some wee scumbag broke into my car and i have heard nothing about it until now.

got a scary knock at the door this morning and when it was a police mans my reaction was "oh shit what have i done". He then procides to give me a witness citation which a take from him very cautiosly.

I am now here shitting myself and praying that he will plead guilty incase i have to give evidence and he and some of his chav mates decide to do some real damage to my pride and joy

I have been to court after 2 lads damaged my last Corsa. Had to give evidence.

Its not a good experience.

Lads that did the damage live within a couple of miles of me and their mother is a nutter.

I won in the end but all they got was community service basically + court costs + compo for me.

Had to go to court twice as they appealed against the first verdict. Ended up in Preston Crown Court. (Think it was the Crown Court)

They are still paying me compo at £10 a month. It was awarded over 2 years ago.

Got a bit of shit off them afterwards but reported them to police for harrassing me. Their Mum now has an ASBO and cant come into the town I live in apart from to drive through in her car.

We used to use this in the pub that I used to work in to stop hte sniffers using the back of teh toilets for snifing the drugs. Causes huge nose bleeds
