well i am still banking with them, even though im in australia, i go to use the internet banking ages ago and it says i cant login. so i call them up and they inform me that my account has been blocked, since a pin has been entered wrongly twice over the phone, and also secondary security has failed. so for the last 3 months i have been chucking loads of cash to my credit card to try and relieve the interest repayments, i cannot use my UK account to pay it off. they keep sending me pin reset packs, but dont have a sig on file, so could i please go into a UK branch to verify my signature?? NO I FUCKING CANT!!!
So now i have to go and plea with HSBC Australia to start communications with my local branch so i can sort this out. i have to go all the way into the city

i have one now luigi, but i had to use my UK one ages ago because i had nothing when i arrived. clocked up a hefty credit card bill that im trying to pay off, but to no avail

tbh I have issues too... they wont even let me have a debit card, or even a CASH CARD so I can just use it on a cash machine... its fucking gehy aswell as the fact I have to ALWAYS go the branch to take out money & now there getting arsey about that saying Im there too much and keep asking more & more security questions... even rang my old emplyer to confirm i was me even though Im a fekin student and they REFUSED to acknowledge this fact, even though I had UCAS/UNI letters and all proof, aswell as 3k go in from student loans company... they wont even let me have a student account...

and I cant wait to go elsewhere...
