Couldnt help but notice they made record profit (Front page Metro)

Well I've had enough of banking with barclays. Cant call my branch anymore. If I call I'm directed to India, and those Indians are just as rude as an english if not worse as you have to ask them to repeat what they said, and last time the guy was tutting. Long gone are the times where you could go overdrawn by a small amount with no charge. Now go over by a quid and instant £25 charge for each day its over.

The online banking is just as bad as I noticed they put last months in coming credits in the money out column. Made it look as though I was losing money rather than gaining.

Can anyone recomend a bank with uk support and decent online banking?

All as bad as each other IMO their rates really need to be looked at and regulated, mindless con half the time. Fair trading and all that!
