wanna buy some alloys off ebay, theyr 16", 7.5j . the tire width is 195 and the aspect ratio 45. will they fit my standard corsa B???

You 'll need to find out the PCD.
You're after PCD 4x100

Bit wide.

Find out offset also. If they were made for a Corsa they wouldn't be 7.5 wide.

Offset should be between 45 and 49mm.
