I work in town, worked my way up from £60 a week training to earn a full time job 5 yrs ago starting wages are nicely on their way to tripling (and no that doesn't mean 180 a week )

i didnt know that northerners got more than £10k a year? and that was with all the benefits under the sun

I wouldnt be able to live on £15k, i earn double that and my standard of living is pretty average.
