Hey i currently have a slightly modded 1.0 corsa, and im a bit bored of it now 
Sooo, my dad will be selling his car soon, its a 1.8 Vectra LS 51 reg
Just wondering if any 1 knows if these are any good? and good on petrol?

My dad has a P reg (1996) 1.8 vectra GLS. He had the engine rebuilt last year and after less than 10k miles its starting to cut out randomly and rev itselfm

the engines are very reliable, get very few in for rebuilds. but they are by no means fast, but if you are upgrading from a 12volt then it might feel quick-ish

just checked the Vtr 120 BHP VTS 127 BHP
the vectra is 123 BHP so in the middle lol

The vectra is a big heavy car made from more than tinfoil.
bhp stands for just about nothing when comparing them to a saxo.
