A few of you know that i got the mr2 not long back. I've had it about 6 weeks or so and its had 3 seperate, really fucking annoying problems

1. The radiator decided to pack in after about a week of me picking up the car. I took it back to the bloke and he had it over a week while he "sourced the part" Got it back and its fine now

2. The wires for the head unit have been butchered to fuck by the last person and i now have no stereo in my car because it could blow my car up (audio bloke's exact words) This is going to cost £150 to put right!!!!

3. Just tonight i went to ponty and was there for about 10 mins when my car started making a weird ticking noise. I thought sod being stranded in ponty so decided to limp it home. Got onto the a1 and went to overtake when the car lost all power and decided to cut out. Pulled over, started it up and the ticking noise has got worse and the car wont rev over 2500rpm.

(was fun trying to drive down the a1 with no power)

Had to push it a bit as it wouldnt start. Got to a big hill and decided to try again. Got near my house and it cut out again, started it back up and drove home with every pikey looking at me as there was a loud clunking noise

So, i am very, very pissed off and have a car thats 6 weeks old and will not drive and sounds like Matt H's corsa

exactly, as long as you don't wire a stereo up, whilst smothered in petrol and juggling matches, i can't see how you'll blow your car up !!
