right ive been given one of these of my bro ...
And im with adrain flux and do i have to tell them that ive got one and will it make my insurance any cheaper..it says on it that its a thactham cat 3

Probably won't change the premium but they'll advise you to use it for a deterrent anyway.

So if i use this all the time or for any long periods of time im away from the car and buy my self a toad or clifford cat 1 alarm/immobilser it shud make my car abit more safer...

^^^^ i knw what u mean mate if they want summit they will have it but at the end of the days its a quite a big deterant(sp) and matched with the alarm and immobiliser it cud stop them from taking it but not from damaging it
