Mine have been (not surprisingly) high this month.

£100 - 2x new front tyres (old ones were slicks)
£60 - new windscreen (old one couldn't have cracks repaired)
£50 - new front brake pads, cleaning and adjustment of rear brakes
£20 - secondhand driver's side headlamp from scrapyard (old one was cracked)

£230 in total...

It's going in for the MOT test tomorrow morning, wish me luck...

Vauxhall wanted £700 That's technically a write off in mos peoples books as the car is worth about £1700-£2k.

It cost me £90 for a new tank, £0 to align the n/s headlamp, £15 for a new set of brake pads and £14 to replace the track rod end.

£40 for new track rod ends including fitting last time. I'm dreading it's next MOT as it'll have been sat still for 9 months.

I have about 1 year and 20 days of mot reamining as you can take your car 28 days before it expires.

Nice one
