This is wot Ive done to my rear arches. Ive got 17" ET45 lowered 30mm

chopped the metal arch back to just below the bolt holes
flared the metal arch by using a hammer and block of wood
sanded the lip of the plastic arch back a bit

and Ive also chopped back the bolts as far as I could that hold on the plastic arches on the front and back arches. Haven't chopped any metal on the front arches though

Get some 16"s instead. 17"s ruin handling and speed... also wears down your wheel bearings alot quicker..

They dont fit over my brakes and not speedlines. Im looking at some black wheels either 15" or 16". Need to think about performance now as i have just bought some throttle bodies and 17s will slow me down too much
