hi at the moment my wheels are the usuall silver colour but i want to give them a polished lip and paint spoke black, any ideas how i could get the polished lip... such as any products to use??

my dad did suggest to get something called 'duraglit' but i cant seem to find it any where, he said it goes black then polishes up
