all these just pull off, i used a flat screwdriver wrapped in cloth to get under them, then used an old credit card and white spirit to get all the sticky stuff off (take a while)
Rubstrips have a stronger glue and it sometimes reacts with the lacquer so i left mine on

as 3cm said they just pull off, i found once you had them off the best thing to use to get rid of the sticky shit was t-cut scratch remover also leaves the paint nice once your finished

get a card that you use for bodyfiller etc and slide that underneath and gently prize them off, pour hot water over them first this will soften the glue and make life easier
then its a case of scraping/t-cutting the glue off and polishing it up

Yeah I would leave the bump strips on, they might save ya bodywork from getting damaged if you park close to a garage or something..

if your pourin water on em use hot not boiling cos boilin can spoil the paintwork or alternatively use a hairdryer or hot air gun to melt glue first
