I would not let you spray something under my car where no one would ever EVER see,

Let alone a panel like that..

The reason the paint match looks poor is cos theres dust on all of the non-painted areas, but the painted area has just been polished

Im guessing its cos the rest of the car is dirty, once its all polished up it looks excellent.

better getting yourself a spray booth made up, much better results then, having said that it look pretty good considering it was done in your garage

I've done a heck of alot of painting now, a spray booth would be good because it would minimize dust, so would mean less time is needed flatting and polishing the finished product, but it isn't a problem not having one
