What is lighter carbon fibre or fibreglass

I would say carbon fibre but i am not sure

Only asking as i saw a fibreglass bonnet for a corsa for sale for £100, and i have been thinking about getting a carbon fibre bonnet.

How much lighter is a carbon fibre bonnet than a normal one.

For your wallet. Carbon Fibre.

I'd go with FibreGlass. Not much in it and a decent CarbonFibre weave is damn expensive!

carbon is lighter, but not by enough to justify spending the extra if all you want it for is weight saving.

but the carbon ones are half fibreglass

Thanks all for the advice. Think i will get a fibreglass one and save abit of money. Only want it for weight saving.
