Last night karens sister phoned and said there is a 3 bed for sale blah blah...
Looked on the net and wasn't there...so we took a drive down and sure enough sign in the garden. Knocked on the door and invited in..They are still sorting a few things out but it's a nice house, new kitchen, sanded and polished floors through out....spacious 3 bedrooms....
They are wanting a quick sale as guy in R.A.F and going back down england..
Made an offer this morning and accepted 2 hrs later..
All going to plan, and nothing goes wrong will be moving in 7th april...
Your move will not accept viewings etc on the house now...get my official offer in on monday etc...

Yeah i'm just hoping all goes to plan and nothing goes wrong need to get on the blower to my financial adviser about the mortgage, had a pre approved one already but need to get it sorted...
no pics as of yet....
Doesn't look much from the front to be honest, better pics would be from the rear of the house..Nice inside though....nice area just a wee culdisac with 4 houses in it....no driveway but parking right out the front..
Going back down in next few days so i will take the camera...
